Creditor. 2. Purchase the Judgment based on it's
current asset value in
a written agreement. 3. Take an Assignment
of Judgment to give us the full legal
rights to enforce the
judgment as the original judgment
creditor has. 4. Do an Asset Search and Evaluation to
determine the value of the
judgment. Judgment Mustbe Docketed or
recorded with the court. You
supply address,assets & information.
